		<description>Yeah, I agree the toolbar kinda sucks and so far, I haven&#039;t seen a huge number of sites with annotations.  But, I think the &quot;idea&quot; that people can comment might spur some changes.  Course, people have been commenting via blogs for years!  It just wasn&#039;t localized.</description>
