But, I think the "idea" that people can comment might spur some changes. Course, people have been commenting via blogs for years! It just wasn't localized. First, the restriction to that toolbar seriously limits Sidewiki's user base. Second, such annotation projects tend not to work. I taught with one, once, that did well, until M_cr_s_ft killed it.
